“Sary” company is a fourth generation workshop for the production of cold cuts. The Sarimpogia family started off 120 years ago in a small home-based industry in Adana. The family came to Greece in 1890 “carrying” the traditional recipes for pastourma, soutzoukia, salami, etc. and in 1938 they settled in Drama, where they set up their first workshop. Nowadays, the fourth generation of the Sarimpogia family carries on the traditions of its ancestors, in ultramodern and certified facilities and produces authentic cold cuts of unique flavour, bringing to mind memories of a bygone era.
